Yes. To ensure the health and safety of all dogs attending Trekking Paws Tbay Dog Daycare, we will require proof of current vaccinations for your pets.

Male dogs above 7 months must be neutered for attending daycare. Female dogs must be spayed when age appropriate. Please consult your vet to explore the benefits vs risks of neutering your dog at different ages.

Yes. Before your first time booking a new dog, we will schedule a meet and greet to ensure that they will be happy and safe during their stay.

Please provide us with any food, medication, and a feeding schedule so that we can ensure your dogs are looked after as if they were at home. Toys, beds, couches, and other items of comfort are all provided at the facility.

We recommend giving as much notice as possible to better guarantee a spot for your dog(s), however same day appointments will be accommodated if there is available space.

As space is limited, any bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to being charged for the day.

Dogs must be social and have no previous history of fighting or aggression. Please refer to the about daycare section for more info.

We do not board dogs overnight. Limited availability dog sitting may be available for current daycare clients.
